New Financial Services License

Towards the end of last year, I commenced a new Australian financial services license (AFSL) with Ben Maw, an adviser I have known for many years.
We established KAM Financial Pty Ltd, which holds AFSL # 516133. Ben and I will continue to operate our separate businesses but as authorised representatives of KAM Financial we can offer financial advice to our respective clients without any requirement to meet a parent company’s agenda and thus providing us more autonomy.

KAM Financial provides us with access to quality third-party investment research, professional development training, access to technical specialists as well as compliance, legal, IT and back office administration services. KAM Financial is registered with ASIC and holds professional indemnity insurance cover for its Authorised Representatives.

We have engaged various industry-leading third-party service providers and have professionals on retainer to handle the ongoing audit, compliance, accounting and legal matters related to KAM Financial. Ben and I are directors of KAM Financial and responsible for all advice provided to our respective clients from 26th November 2019.
